Any unsolicited resumes, including those submitted to hiring managers, are deemed to be the property of AECOM.Minimum RequirementsBS degree in Environmental Science, Biology/Wetlands Science or related field 4  years of environmental construction inspection/monitoring/supervisor experience. Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring environmental permit conditions in a large scale construction setting is required.  Technical background and training in wetland/soil science and wetland delineation and restoration requiredOSHA 10-hour construction safety trained, with strong health and safety awareness.Working knowledge of New England State environmental regulations.Working knowledge of NH Environmental Regulatory ProgramsComputer skills with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Competence with various software programs for record keeping in a remote setting.Ability to work well as part of a project team and ability to travel. Must be able to be stationed at or proximal to project site for extended periods. Ability to work long hours (with paid overtime and per diem) in remote construction environments and some weekend work is needed, as well as the ability to be located proximal to a project for extended periodsPreferred QualificationsCertification as CPESC, PWS or NHCWS40 Hour OSHA Hazzwopper Training.Background in New Hampshire and Massachusetts natural resources regulations, especially water resources as it relates to linear infrastructure projects, is preferred.  Prior experience with automated inspection reporting a plus.
