Under direction, plans, manages and performs routine and semi-routine professional planning, research work and water resource planning tasks with a focus on database utilization
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a four-year degree with major course work in natural or physical sciences, environmental or civil engineering, planning, or a closely related field; and two years of professional planning/research experience or a valid certificate of registration as an Engineer-in-Training (California); or
an equivalent combination of training and experience. Candidate should have proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft Suite of applications, and performing database queries. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing and creating databases, preparation of database reports, promoting process improvement, and requirements analysis.
