Seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in environmental law and corporate transactions for the Washington, D.C. Environmental Transactions practice group. Knowledge of environmental regulations and environmental liability as they relate to transactions preferred, as is experience handling environmental due diligence. Experience with environmental regulatory compliance and/or environmental litigation experience will also be considered. Strong academic qualifications required.
