Develop and deliver training to front line employees and management Facilitate, motivate and engage employees in EHS programs and practices. Conduct audits and inspections. Front line EHS work including waste characterization, container labeling and waste management practices; machine safeguarding assessments, ergonomic risk assessments and general job hazard analysis. Qualification: Basic Qualifications: 3 years experience in EHS, operations management or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Skilled and knowledgeable in emergency response, root cause analysis, incident investigation and control and general emergency notification procedures. Working knowledge of key OSHA and EPA regulations such as electrical safety, hazardous and regulated waste management, waste water management, chemical safety, hazard communication, lockout/tagout and energy control.
