You are excited to contribute to the growth of an established office in a leadership role. Your proven experience in operations management and strategic oversight will be essential in mentoring and developing the current staff in the Bend office.
You will be supporting and managing a broad range of projects that reflect Farallon’s core practices in contaminated site investigation and remediation, environmental due diligence, litigation support, and regulatory negotiations. Those whose expertise is in environmental compliance work such as stormwater, audits, and hazardous waste management are also welcome. The ideal candidate will have a dedicated clientele that will provide project work that support both themselves and their Farallon team members.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology, Hydrogeology or Environmental Science.
10 or more years with at least five years of recent experience in Washington, Oregon or California and can work from our Bend, Oregon office.
Professional licensing in the State of Washington, Oregon or California is great but not required.
Demonstrated experience in office and staff management, and project work delegation and execution.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations at the state and federal level.
High quality, effective technical writing and communication skills are essential.
