Environmental Associate

Profile

Cox, Castle & Nicholson is seeking an environmental associate for our Los Angeles or San Francisco office. (The associate will work with partners from both offices). Our ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in environmental law, including substantial litigation experience, and a desire to continue to develop litigation skills. This position entails a mix of transactional and regulatory counseling matters as well various litigation matters under CERCLA, RCRA, and their California statutory and common law equivalents. Attorney development is a priority at CCN, with associates receiving mentoring, training, and early client contact. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred. Cox Castle has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for employees.
